The vascular laser treats visible small blood vessels and redness by allowing the laser energy to be absorbed in a targeted way by the blood inside the vessels, without damaging the surrounding skin. The treatment is effective for couperose, diffuse redness (rosacea), thread veins (telangiectasia), blood blisters and small port-wine stains. Depending on the condition, several sessions are usually needed to achieve an optimal, long-lasting result. The redness visibly diminishes and the skin looks more even and calmer.
